Control System Cabinet Assembly

Control cabinets are primarily responsible for controlling, adjustment, measurements and monitoring the operation of instruments and systems. They are used in various process industries, like oil and gas, power generation, pharama, and manufacturing. We are experts in delivering various types of indoor and outdoor control panels.

Indoor - IP42 to IP55 - Sheet Steel cabinet assembly, wiring and testing for all Control System cabinets/ RTU's.

Indoor Cabinet shall be used in many applications from 8 IO to 1000 IO Cabinets. It ranges from simple PLCs to complex process cabinets and is even used for communications and monitoring. The Size Varies from 300mm Width to 1200 Width Cabinets, from Depth of 300mm to 1000mm, and from 300mm Height to 2200 Height Cabinets. Some series of cabinets shall be bayed together to meet the required width. Indoor cabinets have huge ranges of sizes and flexibility to design as per the requirement. For example, 800 Width X 800 Depth X 2000 Height shall be designed for a system, marshalling, IRP, network, server, power distribution, etc. We customize as per the project requirements of our clients.

Outdoor - IP65 / IP66 - Stainless Steel cabinet assembly, wiring and testing for all Control System cabinets/RTU's.

SS304 or SS316 cabinets are particularly used for outdoor locations as they offer high protection against corrosion. Chemical industries, water and sewage treatment plants, the marine industry, and the petroleum industry are some of the industries where these cabinets find their applications. Like indoor cabinets, outdoor cabinets have a wide range of sizes and applications, and we have customized the sizes and configurations according to the customer's requirements.

Local Control Panels - Out Door - Stainless Steel Panels.

Local Control Panels (LCPs) are typically used to monitor, control, and protect instrumentation systems. They are compact in size and are suitable to be used in well heads and substations. We do complete design engineering and assembly as per the end user's applications.

Junction Boxes - safe area, hazardous area applications.

The junction box is an enclosure used for the interconnection of cables between field devices and the control room. It encloses terminal strips for cable termination. A junction box shall be designed to suit the environmental condition where the box will be installed and shall have certification of the ingress protection code as well as hazardous area protection. Its prevailent mainly if Gas Industry.

Operator Consoles

Industrial consoles and desks are designed for most modern control rooms and industrial plant workspaces. These consoles can protect electrical components against the introduction of solid foreign objects, dirt, and water. “We provide complete engineering and fabrication of ergonomic design, high-degree functionality consoles with appealing aesthetics to be used as an engineering station, operation station, local control station, annunciator, etc.” The size ranges from 600W to 800W. And it shall be bayed together to the requirement.

MIMIC Panels

MIMIC tiles-based operator interfaces for ESD systems, F&G Systems.

In mimic display or mimic panels, the process or flow charts are pictorially represented on the front panel of the control desk to represent rapid visual appraisal of any fire and gas hazard. The MIMIC PANELS also uses super bright LEDs with a viewing range of 100 meters to mount equipment on the MIMIC display.
